1. Service-Based Fees

At MSK Online Services, we charge for the professional time and expertise involved in preparing, verifying, and filing your PF claims on the EPFO portal. Once the filing process has been initiated or completed, the service is considered "delivered."

2. No Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds under the following circumstances:

  • The claim is rejected by the EPFO due to technical discrepancies in your records (Date of joining/leaving mismatches, KYC issues, etc.).
  • You decide to cancel the service after we have already prepared or filed the application.
  • Delays caused by the EPFO portal or government servers.
  • Incorrect information provided by you during the consultation.

3. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may only be considered if MSK Online Services fails to file the application due to an internal error on our part. In such cases, a partial or full refund may be issued at the sole discretion of the management.

4. Process for Refund Request

To request a review for a refund under exceptional circumstances, please email us with your transaction details and a clear explanation of the issue:

5. Final Authority

The decision of MSK Online Services regarding refunds and service cancellation is final and binding. By paying the professional fee, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this policy.
